Living Physics Portal: Biomechanics Prediction sheets

Abstract: These prediction worksheets are part of the 1D Motion sub-module of the "Biomechanics Motion and Forces" Module. If kinematics is explored first before forces, these 1D prediction worksheets can be used before the activities in the 1D Motion with 1D Forces sub-module. The worksheets are for student graph predictions of the 1D human movement kinematics to be explored in the lab activities that follow, which either use video analysis or motion sensors. The prediction worksheets have been used in a variety of ways; from group whiteboards or whole class predictions before lab activities to individual homework.
