Highlights: Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) system and experiments for the undergraduate advanced laboratory
Abstract: Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) is a technique used to characterize diffusion in biological and soft-matter systems. We have built and incorporated an FCS set-up into our junior physics lab and senior biophysics lab courses. Here, we provide information about its construction and about experimental modules performed by students in the lab.
